Appointments
Fittings are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time. If you are running late, tell us when you arrive and we will adjust the session.
Cancelling
Please let us know at least a day ahead. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but we do keep the slot open for someone else.
Fitting credit
The fee you pay for a fitting is credited toward clubs built by us within ninety days. Credit does not apply to repairs, grips or gift certificates.
Your information
We use the details you send through our forms to reply to you and nothing else. We do not sell or share them. Paper records are shredded after two years.
