How it goes
Priya watches you putt a dozen balls at ten feet with your own putter. She records how the face leaves the ball and where your eyes sit over it. From there she tries a few lengths and lies on the same putting stroke.
What changes
Usually the length moves by half an inch and the lie by a degree or two. If a new head would help, we say so. If your old putter is right, we tell you that too.
